Experience:
Mr. Miller has worked with numerous municipal governments,
universities, school districts and private clients giving him a
broad range of landscape architectural experience. He has developed a
design philosophy that integrates sustainable development trends with
site specific ecological and human needs. This combination results
in innovative projects that are functional, safe, accessible, aesthetically
pleasing and environmentally responsible. Recently, Mr. Miller has
worked extensively on parks projects, both new and renovation. He assisted
the City of Rio Rancho and the City of Albuquerque in drafting park
design guidelines.
Principal, landscape architect with emphasis on site
design, parks and recreation facilities, skate parks, therapeutic gardens,
educational facilities and golf course architecture.
Teaching:
Mr.
Miller currently is a lecturer in the Master of Landscape Architecture
program at the University of New Mexico. He teaches Site and Environment,
(a course covering the broad range of factors that influence site design),
and Irrigation Technology. |
