Experience:
Mr. Verardo has 12 years’ experience working for private sector landscape architecture firms. Mr. Verardo has been an Associate and landscape architect with Morrow Reardon Wilkinson Miller, Ltd. since January 2003. His professional emphasis is on site planning, landscape design, irrigation design, client coordination, and project administration. Mr. Verardo’s experience includes a broad range of work from large-scale master planning to small scale site design. Representative projects include commercial and residential developments, public parks and streetscapes, National Cemeteries, athletic fields, playgrounds, and educational facilities. Selected projects include the Big I Landscape Improvements; Ft. Bayard National Cemetery Master Plan, Ft. Bliss National Cemetery Xeriscape Conversion; Volcano Vista High School landscaping, Ventana Ranch Elementary School, and Carrie Tingley Hospital Therapy Garden. Mr. Verardo has worked on numerous projects with LEED Certification.
Teaching:
Mr. Verardo is a Lecturer in the Master’s in Landscape Architecture (MLA) program at the School of Architecture and Planning, University of New Mexico, 2008-present.
